Contact us and we will schedule a meeting, and on-site visit.
1. Get in touch
2. Meet & discuss
Meet on-site and discuss your custom style plan and answer any queries. We are happy to view your property independently.
We will email you with a written quote with full price and suggested dates available.
3. Quote
4. Style & install
We will install furniture pieces, keeping in mind visual impact & style your home with high quality accessories and linen.
* Allow 1 day for install
We provide a 6-week staging contract that can be extended weekly if necessary. During the final week of the contract, we'll check in to assess the progress of the sale, and once the property is sold, we'll arrange a date for packing up.
* Your 6 week lease starts the day after install
5. Sell.
After your property is sold, we will step in to pack everything up, ensuring it's all set for the new owners to take over.
* Allow 1 day for pack up.
6. Pack up day
*All prices are applicable within the Invercargill area. For any staging outside of Invercargill, there will be an additional charge of $250.
Our Services
Full home staging
This package is ideal for individuals who are relocating or for those selling an unoccupied property, a showhome, or a retirement residence.
Starting from $1500
Partial home staging
This package is perfect if you intend to live in the property while it's listed. We’ll provide tips on which furniture to take out or how to rearrange what you have, plus we can add some extra pieces.
Starting from $850
Home Consultation
We provide a personalised, one-hour styling consultation. Our experienced stylist will visit your home to assess your space and recommend the best ways to arrange and style it using your own furniture and accessories.
